So I know you all can agree with me that running on a treadmill is worse than having sushi leftovers. There’s no fun in running and not going anywhere. This is exactly why I always try to find cool ways of working out that make you forget the fact that you’re sweating and burning off a ton of calories. Today’s lesson – paddle boarding!
Say goodbye to doing 100 sit-ups! Paddle boarding for just 30 minutes might actually be equivalent to doing 500 sit-ups! I know…. It’s amazing. And SUP (Stand Up Paddle Boarding) doesn’t just work out your abs! It’s an amazing full-body workout that works on your cardio, balance, and flexibility!
